Walk through with verbal observation: $250
A Walk-Through Inspection is the inspection of the property just before closing to ensure it is still in the same condition, no new damage has been done, and all fixtures included in the sale are still present. If you need a second opinion on a home inspection, you can hire Homes R Us Inspection to evaluate the property verbally. We will conduct a thorough examination, looking at the same components and areas that the first inspector reviewed. We'll provide our own insights, assessments, and recommendations, giving you a different perspective on the property's condition and any necessary repairs or concerns. Detached Buildings such as Garage: $75
